HOW DOES “SOCIAL EDUPRENEUR” WORK?

Under SOCIAL EDUPRENEUR Edutel seeks to identify and engage youngsters who are choosing entrepreneurship after a fair understanding of the possibilities and challenges inherent with their choice.

Edutel has a pan-India vision to impact millions of learners across the nation, hence it plans to have a presence in each district of the country. Every district will have one or more hubs to coordinate the set-up, operation, and maintenance of the learning centers.

These hubs will be headed by the edupreneurs. We will train and equip edupreneurs with the knowledge and skills required in functional areas like strategy, marketing, finance and accounting, so they can build the team and manage a center on their own. We will also help them to prepare their financial, marketing and Operational plans.

In return, edupreneurs will be compensated from the revenue generated within the assigned district.

HOW IT WORKS

WHAT ARE THE ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES OF A SOCIAL EDUPRENEUR?

A Social Edupreneur will:

  1. Take charge of the entire district/ region and manage all of EDUTEL’s products and programs.
  2. Organize and conduct demos at institutions.
  3. Will be responsible for the smooth operations in the assigned region.
  4. Set up learning centers and manage enrolments.
  5. Act as a bridge between the institutions in the region and Edutel.

ELIGIBILITY

WHO CAN BECOME A “SOCIAL EDUPRENEUR”?

Recent MBA graduates with less than 1 year of work experience are eligible to apply.

SUPPORT

WHAT SUPPORT WILL EDUTEL PROVIDE?

Edutel will take care of the education delivery, training, scheduling requirements. Necessary reporting systems will be provided.

WHAT IS THE EARNING POTENTIAL FOR THE SOCIAL EDUPRENEUR?

Edupreneurs will earn up to 30% of the revenues realized from their district.
